Overview
The Bowlex Series 7 is solidy constructed. It has a long running deck, meaning you won't be cramped for space. Also it is easy to fold and store. Only problem is the heavy weight, which makes it hard to move around.
But the heavy weight means that those with larger frames and builds can use it easily as well. Just make sure to use the help of 1 or 2 more people when assembling the treadmill or moving it around.
The control panel display is easy on the eyes and you shouldn't have any problem programming it. Only that if you're really tall, you might not be able to see the screen clearly.
The motor on this sweet machine runs quietly but has plenty of power.
Assembly
Most of the time assembling the machine should take up to just 1 hour, which is actually incredibly fast. A phillip's screwdriver is also included in the delivery package to help with the assembling.
Delivery
They treadmill is usually delivered in about a week, which is earlier then promised. But during festive seasons, such as christmas, delivery may take longer.
Why Bowflex Beats The Others
On cheaper treadmills, there is a high tendency of you slipping on the running deck. On the Bowflex, that doesn't happen.
The features on the Bowflex are also superior to other ones. Plus, it more features then the cheaper ones. Lastly, it is as good, if not better, then the ones you can use at gyms.
What is bad about the Bowflex
It's a great machine but one of the problems is that the treadmill's fan isn't really powerful. In fact, I'd say it's just about useless. The treadmill would be better off without it.
Another thing is that the display screen is can be a bit small, but as mentioned earlier, you should only face that problem if you are rather tall.
Overall
The Bowflex Series 7 Treadmill is easy to assemble and great to use. Since it is easy to program, it's a great investment for the entire family. Even your kids will love it. They can program their own exercise to routine. This is easily the best treadmill out there and is great value for money.
Rating
4.5/5

I strongy encourage you to get the treadmill by clicking the image on the right.
